Heater Core Restoration

When we receive your heater core, we completely disassemble the unit and inspect all components, including the date code if requested. The tanks and steel mounting plate are then bead blasted to remove corrosion and ensure a clean, solid foundation.

Next, we cut and fit a brand-new heater core using high-quality core stock, carefully assembling it with your original tanks and mounting plate for a precise fit.

Once assembled, we seal the connection between the steel plate and the core to prevent any air from bypassing the unit. This ensures that when you turn on your heat, all airflow passes directly through the core — delivering maximum heating performance to your vehicle.
